This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which RiftCat sp. z o.o. collects, uses, maintains, discloses and protects personal data from users (each, a "User"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by RiftCat sp. z o.o.

Personal data
We may collect and process personal data from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, email address. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. In certain cases, despite your demand, we will still be allowed to process your personal data. It is mainly the case when such processing is needed to settle, pursue or defend a claim.
How to delete your personal data from our database
Send an email to [email protected] with a data erasure request. Your personal data will be deleted from our database. Remember to send us this email from the email you have registered on our Site. If you made any purchase on our Site, we will keep the necessary billing data for tax purposes while all other information will be deleted.
Third party websites
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. RiftCat uses Google Analytics to help analyse how visitors use its services. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
